I need to lose weight I am 5′7 and half and my weight is 220 I need help I would love to be a size 2 not a size 14 I feel fat everone call me fat it hurt my feeling and my major is in fashion I need help I want to look hot I hate my body Iam kill myself and Iam useing to boby magic it is a corset I would love to lose 60 pound by 12/15/10 that would be my b-day help me

It calculates you BMR, or basal metabolic rate. It simply tells you the number of calories you need to keep your current weight with little or no exercise. Cut 500 calories off the result you get. If you get 2000, cut to 1500.

Try to make 80% of your diet veggies and some some dairy. The rest should be fish and protein(pork, chicken, turkey, shrimps, tuna etc.) Eat several small meals to keep your metabolism up, like 5-6.

Also, do cardio 3-4 times a week(I do 4-5), jog, get on the bike, do aerobics, volley ball, football, material arts, whatever is fun.
You should also build muscle. Muscle burns fat, so the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn, even when sitting still.
The protein in your diet will help you build muscle. Building muscle and eating protein will help avoid that you loose muscle mass in stead of fat. Don’t worry about getting huge bulging muscles like a man(I’m assuming you are a woman at least:P) so don’t worry about it. Don’t use weight that are too light, it won’t have an affect.

I do the things I have listed here, and I lost over 1 kg in 5 days:P

about how much weight will I lose?

Hi! I am a 13 year old girl and i weigh about 140 pounds at a height of 5′5-5′6. I am looking to lose about 25 pounds early this year, and i wanted to know if you could tell me how long it would take me to reach my goal. I do not believe in dieting, as you gain all of the weight back after wards. I have a small appetite though, and usually eat 900 to 1000 calories a day. I ride me bike a lot, usually for 40 minutes a day. I also do two 50 second planks a day and 15 sets of 10 squats. i do 50 crunches and 100 lunges and love to dance. I dance for about an hour a day, but i do not do american dances, i dance j-pop and k-pop dances. I want to be slim, not muscular, so could you tell me if i should stop doing some of these exercises or add different ones? Also, how long do you think it would take me to lose 25 pounds? Thank you!

That all depends on how physical your exercise is. But a good rule of thumb is to aim to lose a pound per week. Best case scenario set your sights on six months. Don’t think of it as losing the weight. Think of it as making changes in your lifestyle that will let you live a longer life with a body you are more comfortable in. Make good food choices and do your homework about which foods to cut from your normal eating habits and find some better foods to toss in. Good Luck!

How much weight will I lose on a liquid diet?

yesterday i went to my doctors appointment and she recommended that i could go on a one week liquid diet cleanse if i wanted to lose weight quickly and clean out my body. she informed me on the dangers and how my metabolism willslow and how i’ll have to ease my way back into solid foods slowly. I did lot’s of research on it and I am going to try it. However, I forgot to ask her how much weight I could lose by doing this cleanse! I am 15 yearsold (female), 5′ 4", and 135 lbs. can someone please tell me how much weight i will lose?? I will also be exercising for about 60-80 minutes a day. I will also be drinking at least 2 liters of water a day and of course only consuming liquid foods.

i had jaw surgery in april and was on a liquid diet for about 5 weeks. in the first 2 weeks i think i lost 20 pounds and gained it back in muscle. if i didnt workout this much, i think i wouldnt have gained it back. but i havent gained back all of it so thats what i know about liquid diets. hope i helped at least a little.

I am not trying to dis science, it certainly has its place, but why on earth do we need to over-analyze and break down all the little but powerful properties of fruits & vegetables until we’re blue in the face? How about we all just eat and drink them instead? It is so obvious that Mother Nature intended for us to enjoy them as the primary part of our diets, and it is already so obvious that they have benefits for us…even the mainstream can agree with that.

— Also, its not just about only consuming what is best for us, it is honoring the fact that what we hold in our minds affects the functionality of all of our cells, and of what we consume…which is why I personally feel it is insane that some health teachers will say eating fruit will kill you or feed your cancer, when helllooooooo, it is the food of mankind. It is is the food of healthy cells. Yes, a lower volume of fruit for some people at some times might be more beneficial for various reasons, but that doesn’t mean fruit itself feeds, and therefore causes cancer! WOOAHHH! ;-)

— SO…let’s just drink our fruits & vegetables! …and let’s just eat our fruits & vegetables!
