diabetes causes fatigue, dizziness and kidney problems, avoid sugar and high amounts of carbohydrates. check your blood sugar on your arm.

A D-dimer is an accurate test especially when an individual has symptoms suggestive of a blood clot. Your D-dimer was normal which is good news but does not eliminate the possibility of a blood clot. Your physician then did a venous duplex doppler study of your legs which failed to find a blood clot. This would make a blood clot anywhere in your body very unlikely. There are far too many limitations in this forum to diagnose someone. There is nothing in your history that suggests that you need to go to an Emergency Department tonight unless your symptoms worsen or if new symptoms develop. I would however very strongly suggest that you call your physician in the morning. I wish you the very best of health and in all things may God bless. JR

i had a blood clot that travelled from my calf to my lung, my calf was swollen significantly and ached like mad within a day of my first symptoms it had gone to my lung where i struggled to breath and had chest pain, i was rushed through A&E and injected with warfarin immediately and given morphine for the pain …i think you would no if you had one but if your that concerned go and see your GP we’re not doctors on here so we can’t give you a proper diagnoses, hope your ok good luck

It’s not a clot. You’ll know when you have one. trust me. It hurts like hell and someone else has to call 911 for you.

Sounds like sciatica which occurs when the sciatic nerve gets trapped in between the vertebrae. Simple exercises and losing a little weight should help.

I would be more worried about the side effects of antidepressants. There are black box warning on all antidepressants of increased risk of suicide to name just one of thousands of side effects. A really good video about depression is from Dr Mark Hyman.>>

As for blood clots, high inflammation leads to increased risk of blood clotting. A low risk homocystiene level is around 6.0umol/L. The higher the number the increased risk of heart attack, stroke and 100 other diseases. Another inflammation marker is C-Reactive Protein. A low risk level is under 1mg/l.

With all due respect, it sounds like perhaps you need to talk to your therapist about new or different dosage of anti-anxiety meds. Listen, you’re panicking over nothing. While you are right that a blood clot can kill you, the chances of that happening, especially with your health, is almost zero. Also, blood clots almost always have symptoms involving pain – if you had serious pain, swelling, and discoloration in your thigh, then you might go see a doctor. It is probably just some slight irritation, maybe even a slight muscle pull. Relax, maybe try some lotion or ben-gay or something. Life is too short to be worried to death about every little thing – our bodies are meant to tell us when something is wrong.

So, that is not how blood clots present – typically u get demonstrable swelling redness heat and sumtimes pain. Dont worry at all – if the feeling isnt improving then go back to see ur doctor in 2 days…. He has probably already suggested that….

Calm down... Nothing is wrong with you. First get that out of your mind and then you'll be ok. First i thought you where having an orgasm or something. Rely on the doctor, you are fine. Get out of the house, so you will not have to concentrate on the thigh area.
